1 Name of Organisation 請填寫 "Pui Ching Middle School" 或 "Pui Ching Primary School"
2 Special Project or Purpose of 請填寫培正教育發展基金 "Pui Ching Education Development Fund" 或指定用途。
3 Fee Amount 請填寫捐助金額的7%，該款項是Give2Asia的收費。
4 透過Give2Asia捐款，捐贈金額可於美國及加拿大地區扣稅，詳情請致電美國Give2Asia (415) 743-3336 查詢。
